Can I cancel or change my online order?

After confirming and paying the purchase order, order cancellation and order details change are not acceptable for the electronic components. Please check carefully before placing an order. But the order can be canceled when the online order is not being paid, and the order can be changed if the product has not yet been shipped, please contact our sales representatives to change the order details, such as delivery destination, delivery time or other information.

Why the stock availability changes?

The online available stock includes the ETS stock and manufacture’s stock, stock won’t be locked for any unpaid customers unless there is cooperative contract signed.

MOQ means minimum order quantity required, it varies as different product.

Does the price include the shipping cost and other charges?

No, prices are exclusive of taxes, impositions and other charges, including sales, use, excise, value-added and similar taxes or charges imposed by any government authority, international shipping charges, forwarding agent's and broker's fees, bank fees, consular fees, and document fees.

Can I get Free Shipping?

From time to time, ETS may offer free shipping service on the promotional activities, please pay attention on our online bulletin.

Can I get discount at ETS?

Sure, when you get registered and order more than the listed quantity, you may get discount from the sales representative for some products.

What is the payment method?

You can choose any of the following methods for the order.     

1. TT in advance (Bank transfer)

You can see our bank information after you place the order online. Please transfer the money within two business days from the date of placing the order. Shipment will be made after the account department confirm the payment. Customer is responsible for the bank charges of each side, sharing the payment slip with us may speed up the shipment.

2. Credit Card

The credit cards that can be used for payment are Visa, Master, JCB and AMEX.                                

3. Paypal

If you have a paypal account, you can pay via Paypal simply.

4. Alipay

Alipay is only available in China Mainland and Hong Kong.

5. Net Terms
Net 15 or NET 30 payment terms will be only offered to those who have been approved.

Who is responsible for VAT and other tax fees?

Where can I get the Invoice?

After you place the order online or offline, you will get the Sales Invoice by e-mail, and Commercial Invoice will be provided when we arrange the shipment.
